OK, Updated some things!

Updated the game to suit the Poly Karts/Kaiju Karts racing types. For now it seems like the project was too bloated with options, so once these 2 tracks are top notch I can take the next steps for other game types/challenges etc.

Things I have in mind to add: slippery bananas, explosive fruit, speed pick-ups (faster and slower!). More chaos and more mayhem too!

Multiplayer is a goal but may take some time to get sorted properly.
